Interested in Providing Food and Recreational Activities on Reserves

⁠⁠⁠Applications are invited from persons wishing to obtain concession licences for the provision of ancillary services on Hutt City Council reserve areas.

All concession licences will be for a period of 3 years, commencing 1st December 2019. Areas available for licence are:

Mobile Food Operation:
Avalon Park - two sites available
Fraser Park - three sites available
Hutt Recreation Ground
Naenae Park
Petone Recreation Ground
Lions Kiosk, Petone

Recreational Activities Suitable for Children:
Avalon Park.

Council will also consider expressions of interest for other reserve sites in Lower Hutt, excluding the Petone Foreshore.

Applications close 4pm, Tuesday 5th November 2019. All applications are to be marked 'TENDER BOX - Reserves Concession Licence Tender' and are to be delivered to Hutt City Council, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt and placed into the Tender Box at the Customer Service Centre.
