Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The proposed contract is for the construction of the 25 lot Stage 1 of the Armidale Regional Airport Business Park, including:

  • all roads,
  • stormwater,
  • watermains,
  • sewerage,
  • telecommunications,
  • electricity and
  • landscaping.

This is a Single Invitation Lump Sum contract with variation for latent conditions. A mandatory pretender meeting will be held Thursday 17 October at 11am at the Armidale Regional Airport function room, with tenders closing 2.30pm Thursday 14 November 2019
