Venue Management of The Concourse Performing Arts Venues and Meeting Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Venue management of The Concourse Performing Arts Venues and Meeting Facilities. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to manage the cultural hub of Sydney's North Shore and grow performing arts and entertainment for the Willoughby and wider Sydney communities. Located in Victoria Avenue, Chatswood, The Concourse was funded and built by Willoughby City Council and opened in September 2011.

Expressions of Interest are being sought because the current contract ends in August 2021. The contractor will be responsible for the successful operation of The Concourse venues including:

• - The Concert Hall
• - The Theatre
• - The Civic Pavilion
• - The Studio

The contractor will provide services including venue hire, artistic programming and production, management of marketing, box office services, catering, cleaning and security.

Site Inspections are available by appointment during business hours from 21 to 31 October 2019. Organisations should make appointments by 5:00PM on 18 October 2019. Attendance is limited to three (3) persons per organisation. An expression of interest submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended a site inspection cannot be considered.
