Management Agreement - Keppel Sands Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠1031T - Livingstone Shire Council is seeking submissions from enthusiastic and motivated people interested in managing the Keppel Sands Caravan Park (KSCP).

Keppel Sands is the southern-most community of the Capricorn Coast, and is located 15 km off Emu Park Road and 40 km from Rockhampton.

Keppel Sands is an out of the way village style settlement with a hotel/motel, caravan park, local store, primary school, two boat ramps and picnic area by the beach. Located on the mouth of the Coorooman Creek, Keppel Sands is a popular fishing and crabbing location.
