Construction of Kerb and Channel, Drainage Pits and Associated Works

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the ongoing maintenance and installation of Kerb and Channel, Gully Pits and Drainage associated with the sealed road network.

The location of works will be within the Sunshine Coast Council Local Government Area in accordance with the issued Works Orders and Program of Work.

The contract will consist of three (3) separable portions:

• Separable Portion A – Hand Formed Wet Mix Kerb and Channel – Minor Works (less than 20m)
• Separable Portion B – Machine Laid Wet Mix Kerb and Channel – Major Works (greater than 20m)
• Separable Portion C – Gully Pit and Drainage Works

Key to this task is to ensure all assets are installed in accordance with relevant technical standards and as a minimum achieve design life and where possible, extend the working life of the asset.

The Scope of Work requires the Contractor to provide, at their own cost and expense, all transport, labour, materials, plant & equipment, signage, electronic systems and processes, office and site facilities, for the proper and complete performance for the category of work for which they are engaged.
