The Catholic Schools Office for the Diocese of Armidale invites fully qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the New and Refurbishment building works at O’Connor Catholic College, Armidale – NSW.

Works include:

• Stage 1: Early Works – Site Infrastructure and Augmentation of Services
• Stage 2: Bloch H – New Creative and Performing Arts (Existing Gym)
• Stage 3: Block D – Refurbishment (Administration and General Learning Areas, Landscaping to Courtyards)
• Stage 4: New Gym Connecting to Re-purposed Existing Gym to CAPA

Tender documentation must be obtained prior to attending the mandatory site meetings (dates and times to be advised upon distribution of Tender Documentation after registration).
