Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this contract is to renovate five townhouses at 23-27 / 175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs. Units 23-27 form one building in a nine-building complex comprising 36 units in total. This project is known as 'Stage 1'.

Mandatory site walk inspections will be taking place next Tuesday 8th October 2019 10.00am.
