ACT Government Pavement Maintenance Contract

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this advance notification is to advise potential tenderers of a future procurement.

This procurement will be an outcomes based long term contract (7-10 Years) and will replace the existing Road Resealing Contract due to expire on 30 June 2021.

Please note there are no submissions or registrations requirements at this point in time.

There is no guarantee that this advance notice will result in an open tender, as Government Procurement Board Sign off is still required. However, interested tenders are encouraged to still read the prequalification requirements and attached Notice to Tenders
