Expressions of Interest:Glenden Childcare Centre - Lease and operate

⁠⁠⁠Isaac Regional Council is calling for expressions of interest to lease and operate Glenden Childcare Centre, 31-35 Dalton Place, Glenden.

Council is interested in Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified organisations who have the capacity to operate, manage and financial ability to operate the childcare long-term.

Meet regulatory framework and requirements and have an understanding of the local community.

The tenure terms are three years with an extension of three years with $1 as the annual tenure fee.

Expressions of Interest, using number EOI2032-1019-008, must be lodged via isaacrfx@isaac.qld.gov.au no later than midday Wednesday, 16 October, 2019.
