The objectives to be achieved from the EOI are:
The purpose of this EOI is to identify suitably qualified Project Management companies (Consultant) with strong Health industry experience and demonstrated capability to manage the planning, design, construct and commissioning of the LHEP and invite them to participate in a closed Invitation to Offer scheduled for issue late October 2019.
