Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new outdoor learning area at Gumdale State School, located at 677 New Cleveland Rd, Gumdale QLD 4154, as part of the SIE programme.
The new outdoor learning area includes the following works: earthworks, drainage, hardscaping, softscaping, playground elements, sandstone terracing and planting. All works are to be completed in December 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
