Request for Expression of Interest - Government Office Accommodation in Joondalup

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Finance is seeking office accommodation in the City centre of Joondalup, with a net lettable area between approximately 2,000 sqm and 2,400 sqm,  with a preference for this to be in a single building and across contiguous floors. Access preferable around July 2020 (existing) or July 2021 (new build).

Key Requirements are:

• Location is to be in the City centre of Joondalup;
•  A net lettable area between approximately 2,000 sqm and 2,400 sqm;
• Preference for a single building across contiguous floors; and
•  Preference for this site to be available for on or around July 2020 (existing) or July 2021 (new build).
