Tender Description
Tenders are invited from appropriately-qualified and experienced consultants for services required to deliver Stage One of the redevelopment & expansion of Hume Street Park, Crows Nest.
Council is seeking a number of professional disciplines (as in-house services or sub-consultancies) coordinated under a head consultant, including but not limited to: Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Engineering (Structural (including dilapidation expertise), Civil, Hydraulic, Geotechnical, Environmental / Hazmat, Electrical, Fire), Surveying, Heritage (Interpretation), Lighting Design, Graphic Design (Way-finding & Interpretive Signage), Contract Administration (Superintendent's Representative), BCA (Building Code / Planning Requirements), PCA (Principal Certifying Authority), Access & Irrigation.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at Hume Street Park, corner Hume St & Clarke St, Crows Nest starting at 2PM sharp on Wednesday 9 October. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.
The Date and Closing time for Tenders is Wednesday 23rd October 2019 at 4PM sharp.
All enquiries are to be lodged via the online forum on the e-tendering portal. The forum for this tender will close at 4pm on Monday 21st October 2019.
Council reserves the right not to accept any or all tenders received.
