Contractor Management and Visitor Registration System

⁠⁠⁠The City of Sydney invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to supply a Contractor Management and Visitor Registration Solution to record, track and manage contracted staff and their WHS compliance while on City sites, and to identify and record information on visitors entering City offices.

The Contractor Management and Visitor Registration System is required to replace manual processes with a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) SaaS system, which will provide functionality, consistency and efficiency benefits to the City of Sydney. Interested parties are required to demonstrate their approach, capacity, financial and technical capability for providing the SaaS solution. Parties will have had previous experience on similar sized projects and will demonstrate a commitment to environmentally sound principles.

Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at Town Hall House, Level 1, 456 Kent Street Sydney 2000 by the nominated time and date.

Tenders close at 11AM AEST on Wednesday 23/10/2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
