Tender Description
This tender is for the supply delivery and placement of Asphaltic Concrete Surfacing within the Bathurst Regional Council area over a period of two years at different locations and at varying time frames from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2021.
1. The contract applies to the area in the Bathurst Region within a radius of ten kilometres from the Bathurst Post Office, which includes the villages of Perthville, Eglinton and Raglan as shown on the locality sketch attached to this contract.
2. The work includes asphalt on new Council road and subdivision construction, supply of asphalt for Council's routine maintenance works as well as other work on an as needed basis.
3. This is a Contractor Quality Assured Contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates, paid monthly.
