Tender 20007 - Operation of the Roma Saleyards Cafe

⁠⁠⁠Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably skilled, qualified, and experienced businesses (or individuals) to submit Tenders for the Management of the Roma Saleyards Café. The services will be provided from the new Multi-Purpose Facility (currently under construction). The layout of the kitchen is attached in Appendix A and B. The Building Layout and surrounding complex buildings is attached in Appendix C and D.

This Part 3, the Specification, defines the Services that the successful Tenderer (Manager) will be required to perform at the Roma Saleyards Café. The Manager must ensure that in providing any of the Services requested by Council that all the requirements for those Services are addressed as described in this Specification and the Management Agreement.

The Saleyards Complex including the Interpretive Centre will be a visitor attraction for Roma and the surrounding Maranoa Region and includes:

Bull Arena;
Interpretive Centre (interpretive displays); and
Café.
Council will continue to operate the Roma Saleyards Complex, Café; Bull Arena and the Interpretive Centre within the Complex.

Tenderers are invited to submit offers to manage and operate the Roma Saleyards Café within the Complex.
