USC Moreton Bay Food and Beverage Operator (Retail 1)

⁠⁠⁠USC is seeking a Food and Beverage Operator to enter into a fixed term agreement for 2-years, with a 1-year extension option, beginning in January 2020 to align with the opening of the USC Moreton Bay campus.

USC objectives include sourcing an Operator that:

• Offers a varied and changing menu of quality products that are on-trend with consumers and accommodate the student lower price-point.
• Is local to the area (Within 50km of Petrie station).
• Operates a successful existing food & beverage outlet that can service the Foundation Building with freshly prepared food and vibrant staff.
• Provides all the necessary appliances and equipment required to operate the outlet.
• Opens from Monday to Friday from 7.30am-4pm during weeks the building is open.
• Can offer a function catering service if required.
