Overview:
Design and delivery of priority stakeholder engagement capabilities including Contacts and Accounts, financial donations (one-off and recurring), case management, paid tour bookings, and events and ticketing using the Memorial’s Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud platform. Integration with external systems, including a payment gateway and Campaign Monitor will be required to support the new priority business capabilities.
