Tender Description
We would like to procure professional consultancy services to lead and facilitate the development and delivery of a digital strategy for the University.
The University recently completed ten Enterprise IT Roadmaps, IT Principles and Standards and an IT 3 Year Strategic Action Plan. Extensive client consultation was undertaken prior to and during the creation of these documents.
The University would now like to work on a digital strategy; to understand what digital means to the organisation, and the digital themes and principles that will guide our use of IT over the coming years, to provide strategic advantage as we deliver on our strategic organisational imperatives.
