Description:

Douglas Shire Council is seeking Tenders for the lease of Thornton Beach Café, currently known as CJ’s Bar and Grill, for a term of 10 years.

The existing lease of the café has expired and the current Permittee occupies the premises under a periodic tenancy. It is anticipated the new lease will commence in January, 2020.

A mandatorty site visit is included as part of this Tender as addressed under the 'Briefing' section.
