Construction of the New Senior Block at the OneSchool Orange Campus

Are invited to register as prospective Tenderers for the construction of the new Senior Block at the OneSchool Orange campus. The work comprises the demolition of a number of existing buildings, the construction of a new single-storey building containing 610m2 of learning space, 106m of student facilities and 25m2 of miscellaneous spaces.

The project also includes the remodeling and refurbishment of 350m2 of existing Administration Building and associated site works. This is an independent co-educational school that is part of the OneSchool Global network. In selecting a panel of tenderers the following criteria will be included among the factors considered: school experience; regional experience, working in a live environment; previous projects of a similar scale, and the proposed personnel.
