Scope of Work:
In support of the Barossa Development Phase 1 Wells Campaign MODU Engineering Services will be required. The work may include, but not be limited to:

(i) MODU offshore hardware surveys, including:

• Survey /engineering reports
• Engineering /design improvements /restrictions
• Feasibility studies

(ii) Engineering, including:

• Concept design, drafting, calculations & drawings
• Electrical interface engineering
• Cost, Time & Resource estimates
• Scheduling

(iii) Fabrication /Construction, including:

• Coordination /management
• Sourcing 3rd party materials
• Budgeting
• Certification
• QA/QC, Testing & Inspection

(iv) Installation, including:

• Coordination /management
• Sourcing 3rd party equipment /rentals /tooling
• Provision qualified /certified offshore personnel
• QA/QC, Testing & Inspection
• Certification & associated documentation

(v) Inhouse coordinator, including:

• Interface management with ConocoPhillips
• Overall coordination /management of scopes
• Offshore Engineering lead
• Administration /budget management
• Scheduling
• Document review

Key Personnel:
Key personnel suitably qualified/certified and experienced in offshore marine and oil/gas environments with respect to engineering, fabrication and installation services. Management of such personnel shall have more than 10 years of experience working in the key competency fields within the industry and be suitably qualified in their respective fields of expertise.
