Expression of Interest – Showgrounds Caretaker

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking a caretaker for 12 months at St George Showgrounds to collect camping fees on behalf of council.

This is an unpaid position so in return you receive a free site, electricity and amenities.

Duties include:
Greeting campers on site, introducing the rules of the Showground usage, check if they have paid camping fees and sight receipt and/or collect fees in accordance with council’s fee schedule.

A receipt book will need to be maintained and takings brought into council for banking on a weekly basis.

This position would suit a single person or couple with their own self-contained caravan.
