Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of website hosting and support. The scope of the tender includes:
1. Create and configure a website hosting environment, including backup and failover - for Council's public facing website and password protected QA/Staging environment (or equivalent continuous delivery method if available),
2. Facilitate the migration from the current production environment into the new environment,
3. Facilitate testing activities to be carried out by Council and outside agencies, as appropriate,
4. Address any functional or performance concerns or unfavourable outcomes from testing; Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the platform.
The Contract term will be 3 years with an extension at Council's option of 2 (two), 1 (one) year extensions.
