Invitation to Tender
To Enter Into a Water Supply Agreement for Water Supply from the Eungella Water Pipeline
Sunwater Limited ACN 131 034 985 (“Sunwater”) (as agent for Eungella Water Pipeline Pty Ltd ACN 070 999 236 (“Eungella”)) is inviting offers to enter into a Water Supply Agreement for a fixed term of 20 years in respect of water supplied along the Eungella Pipeline (extending from Eungella Dam to the Moranbah Terminal Storage) owned by Eungella. Terms and Conditions of the invitation are contained in the attached Invitation to Tender (“ITT”).
The Water Supply Agreement the subject of the ITT is a ‘bundled’ service, that provides a customer with supply and transportation of a volume of water along the Pipeline out of Eungella’s Water Allocation (being High A2 Priority water allocation number 5/AP14988).
Transportation services past the Moranbah Terminal Storage are not provided under the Water Supply Agreement and are not the subject of the ITT.
