Tender Description
The Shire of Murray is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants, to undertake development of a Growth Management Road Map in order to set an agreed vision and strategic intent for the future sustainable growth of Dwellingup. Funding for the project has been secured through the Minister for Regional Development.
A Consultant Scope of Works and Engagement Plan have been prepared under direction of a Stakeholder Working Group and Technical Advisory Committee, including representatives from State Government agencies, industry, community, business sector and Shire of Murray.
Expressions of interest should include a fixed fee for service, as well as:
- A full breakdown of costs including anticipated travel expenses
- Proposed methodology to address the Scope of Works
- Demonstrated relevant experience in contracts of a similar nature
- Contact details of two referees where similar work has been undertaken
- Full details of the proposed stakeholder engagement process, communications planning and access to appropriate GIS mapping tools

The anticipated project budget for the Scope of Works is in the range of $80,000 to $110,000 (including GST). Any quotes received beyond this price range will render the submission ineligible for consideration.
As part of the assessment process, shortlisted consultants will be invited to present their submissions to the Technical Advisory Committee for consideration, prior to final endorsement by the Stakeholder Working Group and Council.
