Description:

This Request has three (3) scope of work components associated with the Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) main kitchen. In view of this, temporary kitchen services will be installed throughout the project scheduled works period. A demountable kitchen, servery, fridge, cooler and dry storage transportable units, including associated electrical, water and sewage support, will be provided independent of this contract.

A registered builder with access and oversight of associated licenced trades is required to coordinate the following scopes of work:
The primary scope of work relates to the main exhaust canopy which has exceeded its life cycle and requires an upgrade compliant with AS 1668.2 (Mechanical ventilation for indoor air quality for commercial kitchens). This scope of work will also require the supply, delivery and installation of a new Mechanical Services Switchboard and automatic control systems

The second scope of work relates to a number of additional upgrades associated with the replacement of the floor with an epoxy resin finish, the removal and installation of a new freezer and cool room floor and insulation, the installation of new PVCU wall cladding sheets and other minor works, including some minor electrical upgrades.

The third scope of work requires the supply, delivery and installation of a new commercial grade 3 stage conveyor dishwasher as specified in Schedule 2.
