Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants for Contract No. T44/2020, Tamworth City Wide Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan.
Council in conjunction with its Floodplain Risk Management Committee (FRMC), have received financial support from the State Floodplain Management Program to seek the services of a suitably qualified Engineering Consultancy to undertake a Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan for the city of Tamworth.
Council seeks to improve the understanding of flood behaviour and impacts, and have better informed management of flood risk in the study area through the use of appropriate modelling and investigation techniques. This is a lump sum contract.
Tenders close at 11:00am AEDST on Thursday 24 October 2019.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest, or any tender for that matter. Any tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
