Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited by Orange City Council from suitably qualified contractors for the Construction of the Southern Feeder Road (SFR) Stage 3.

Stage 3 works will connect with Stage 2 of the SFR to the west, currently under construction, and Mitchell Highway in the east, along Blowes Road and Diary Creek Road with a new intersection is to be constructed onto the Mitchell Highway.

The general works to be undertaken will include but no be limited to:

  • The reconstruction of 1.970 km of Dairy Creek Road and Blowes Road
  • The construction of 0.635 km of new road incorporating an intersection with the Mitchell Highway.
  • The construction of a 3 x 32.0 m cell 1050mm pipe culvert
  • 45 mm Asphalt surfacing of all new road works.
