Orara River Rehab Project - Bush Regen Panel Contract 2019-22

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER:
Tenders are invited to undertake bush regeneration works along the Orara River and its tributaries in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area as part of the Orara River Rehabilitation Project until the end of November 2021. The grant-funded Orara Project has been rehabilitating riparian areas for over 20 years using carefully planned staged regeneration.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box which is preferred, using the attached word version of Schedules 4 & 5. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title number, and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Council's Administrative Centre, cnr Coff and Castle Streets, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, by the nominated time and date.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 10.00am Wednesday 23rd October 2019.
Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
