Tender Description
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their
ability to complete the following tasks:
- management and supervision of fabrication, procurement and construction activities;
- supply and construction of approximately 35 km of overland HDPE pipe systems ranging in size from DN75 to DN630, installed both above ground and trenched, including clearing and top soil stockpiling of installation corridors;
- installation of bore pumps in existing bores and associated bore headworks;
- supply and construction of pump station pumps, piping, valves and instruments, including process, surplus and fire water systems;
- supply and construction of fire water tanks including concrete foundations and associated access structures;
- construction of trenched combined services corridors including
- HDPE piping, PVC electrical conduits and electrical/ communications pits;
- supply and installation of fire hydrants;
- supply and installation of water truck fill standpipes and massociated piping and pumping systems; and
- design, supply and installation a potable water treatment and distribution plant.
