Tenders are invited from suitable contractors for the following contract
18/56 - Street Lighting Maintenance 2019 - 202
This Contract is for the network management of the street light network within the following local authorities, each as a Separable Portion:
- Separable Portion One: Waimakariri District Council (WDC)
- Separable Portion Two: Hurunui District Council (HDC)
- Separable Portion Three: Kaikoura District Council (KDC)
- Separable Portion Four: NZTA assets located within the above local authorities
The street lighting assets included within this contract are:
- Luminaires
- Columns
- Outreach Arms
- All associated components and equipment
The works included within this contract includes:
- Regular inspections and patrols
- 24- hour service for handling emergencies
- Scheduled maintenance (bulk HPS replacement and casual maintenance)
- Non scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Management and update of RAMM Contractor database
- Reporting on work progress and programming for future works
- Design and cost estimates for renewals and upgrades
- Renewals and upgrade construction
- Traffic managemen
