Data Support Analyst

⁠⁠⁠Data support duties
1. Investigate data and EDW issues raised by business areas including the Agency’s Actuarial and data branch.
2. Differentiate incidents raised between data issues and application issues
3. Assist with the investigation of issues with data delivery and ETL processes as required
4. Correctly triage incidents to the respective level 3 technical data, EDW or application teams, and work directly with these teams to obtain a prompt resolution.
5. Understand the business impacts of data issues raised
6. Assist the Agency’s data branch with defining requirements and raising change requests for minor enhancements and small work requests

CRM support duties
1. Learn the NDIA business rules in depth, becoming a business rule specialist and understanding how the business rules apply within the CRM business system
2. Investigate, triage and resolve incident tickets raised by staff and participants relating to the CRM business system.
3. Assist with weekly reporting, and the generation of new reports as required.
4. Recreate business scenarios and issues in test environment
5, Assist business areas to develop and document requirements for minor enhancements to the CRM business system
