Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 22 October 2019 for:

Fit out construction works to the interior of the former Civic Station Building including patch and repair works, new interior linings, decorative ceiling, air conditioning, electrical, lighting, data, security, automatic doors, custom joinery, fixtures, fittings, Street Line Marking and signage.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Friday 20 September 2019 at 9am at the former Civic Station Building. Tenderers will need to enter the site via the Norths site entrance, entry off the back of the carpark on Wright Lane. Tenderers will be required to undertake a short visitor induction conducted by the Contractor currently completing the precinct works. Please ensure all visiting tenderers are equipped with the following PPE comprising Hard hat, Steel capped boots and a reflective vest or shirt.
