Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the sampling and chemical testing of recovered fines in accord with the ‘batch process’ recovered fines order 2014 of approximately 8,000 tonne of recovered fines. The material will be stored in 400 tonne stockpiles.
