Tender Description
Scope
- There are eight field lights of which six have flood lights attached to them.
- Replace existing lights with LED lights to all eight poles.
- Replace existing cabling where necessary and to a depth that complies with current electrical standards to the eight pole lights.
- Each of the eight field poles is to have its own MEN and earth stake.
- Replace distribution boards with lockable ones that meet current electrical standard and allow for expansion.
- The hatches to the wiring of the field light poles to be replaced to prevent access by the public.
- All equipment is to be labelled.
The Contractor must attend site to determine if there is any current infrastructure that is not
compliant with current codes, regulations and standards. If the current infrastructure is
deemed non-compliant then pricing must be itemised and included in the tender submission.
