Pathwest requires the supply of the following reagents:

• AR grade ethanol (Note: AR - analytical grade)
• AR grade xylene (sulphur free)
• AR grade IPA
• 10% ready to use NBF (formalin)

The scope of the proposed Panel Arrangement includes the supply and delivery of the reagents. A weekly delivery schedule for the supply of reagents is highly important due to the hazardous nature of the chemicals, combined with the fact that the AP sites do not have adequate safe storage for more than one week’s supply of reagents. An optional service for the safe disposal of used reagents will also form part of the Request.

It is intended that a panel of Contractors be appointed, however if a comprehensive Offer is submitted with competitive pricing and it is deemed to be value for money, a contract may be awarded to a single Contractor.
