Weed Control and Associated Works

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kalamunda (the Principal) is seeking a suitable, experienced and qualified Contractor(s) to supply and apply herbicides, fungicides and adjuvants to selected Parks and Reserves, inclusive of road verges, roadside drains, main open drains, traffic islands, fence lines, public access ways, footpaths and curb lines within the City.

The Contractor(s) are responsible for supplying all necessary herbicides, machinery, equipment and licensed spray personnel to complete the scheduled works.

There are three different service areas and applications:

• Category 1 relates to total weed control to areas such as footpaths, kerb lines, verges and drains.
• Category 2 relates to typical Parks and Reserves where selective control is required, and
• Category 3 relates to Conservation Reserves where various selective weed control is also required.

This contract is in force for a period of three years from the date of award with two optional single year extensions subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor.
