Tender Description

The Opera House is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced, competent and skilled organisations who would like the opportunity to supply food and beverage services for the following venues:

  • The Lower Concourse Eatery (currently trading as Opera Kitchen); and
  • The Green Room (an internal staff cafeteria) and its vending machines.

This EOI is an exciting opportunity to play a role in the growth of the food and beverage offerings at the Opera House. For the first time, both venues will be managed by a single food and beverage operator, allowing the Opera House to increase operational efficiencies.

It is most important that organisations submitting an EOI response specifically address the selection criteria in their response and demonstrate relevant experience and the capacity to deliver services within the required parameters. The criteria upon which the EOI responses will be evaluated are set out in Part 4 of the EOI document.
