Independent Safety Assessor - METRONET Railcars and Bellevue Depot

⁠⁠⁠The Public Transport Authority PTA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and competent organisation (the Consultant) to perform the role of an Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) for the delivery of the both the METRONET Railcar Project (Railcar Project) and Bellevue Depot Project (Depot Project).

The Consultant shall perform the services in an independent and impartial manner, to ensure that the Railcar Project and Depot Project, as delivered by PTA, is acceptably safe, meets the compliance requirements of Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) and statutory requirements defined in the Rail Safety National Law and Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations.
