Sale of Land of Overdue Rates

⁠⁠⁠Notice is hereby given to the owners of the properties listed in the attachment that Cabonne Council has resolved on 28 May 2019, in accordance of Section 713 of the Local Government Act 1993, to sell the land described hereunder and on which the amounts of rates stated in each case as at 31 May 2019 is due.

In default of payment to the Council of the amount stated above, and any other rates (including extra charges) becoming due and payable after 31 May 2019, before the time fixed for the sale, the said land will be offered for sale by public auction to be held at 11.00 am on the 25th October 2019 at the Cabonne Council's Chambers located at 99 - 101 Bank Street Molong NSW 2866.
