Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Works include design, supply, transportation, pre-assembly, installation/erection, fit out, pre-commissioning and commissioning and other items necessary for the laboratory required for the Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including:
- all supporting structural elements of the building;
- walk-in clean air penthouse, compartmentalised dirty side air chambers;
- fit out inclusive of primary Equipment as listed below:
- IR Drier
- RSD (4-way Diverter)
- IR Drier
- Tray Store (tray rack)
- 2 x Filter Press
- Oven
- Laser PSA
- Bench
- Dust Extraction (for work stations)
- secondary items that includes Equipment support structures and all ancillary items normally supplied with the Equipment;
- all instrumentation and instrument interfaces for local and remote interfacing, including all wiring, cabling, junction boxes and marshalling panels as required;
- all fans and fan housings, louvres, dampers and noise suppressors, and all required couplings and / or drive belts;
- all spares to allow complete assembly; and
- all maintenance tooling and protection devices.
All Works for this package 662NSC4009 must comply with Australian Standards. The Iron Bridge Project, including this package 662NSC4009 Laboratory-Port is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
