Gloucester Street Stormwater Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Whanganui District Council (WDC) are inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors for a new stormwater main from the London/Halswell St area down Gloucester St towards the receiving environment which is the Whanganui River.
The scope of work includes but is not restricted to

1) 1 x Bulk stormwater main from Halswell St to Gloucester St along the London St alignment, DN600, length 150metres.
2) 1x Bulk stormwater main along Gloucester St: DN600/DN750, length 355metres.
3) All manholes, chambers and/or other structures as required by the design.
4) Relocation/realignment of all other utilities that may be required in order to deliver the scope.
5) Connections of sumps and private connections where needed.
6) Full reinstatement in line with existing conditions.
7) Upgrade outfall structure at the Whanganui River
