Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope

This procurement is for the engagement of a Contractor for works connected with the construction of the Assembly Facility, High Voltage Testing Facility and associated works.

The Assembly Facility is located in the north-eastern corner of the Bellevue site, measuring approximately 180m x 60m it will include:

a heavy maintenance road (dual guage) and two assembly roads (narrow guage);
railcar assembly area;
bogie assembly and workshop;
store; and
office and amenities.

The High Voltage Testing Facility is located west of the Assembly Facility and will enable the formed six car railcar sets to be tested under 25kV AC electrical load.

Tenderers who fail to attend or be represented at the Mandatory Briefing and Site Visit shall not be eligible for consideration under this Request for Tender.

This is an extension of time for original tender PTA190081.
