Vehicle Disposal

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders for the purchase of vehicles subject to the Shires's Plant Replacement Program. The following vehicles are offered for sale:

• 1 x 2012 Toyota Hilux,2WD manual, Diesel, Single Cab Cab Chassis.
• 1 x 2016 Toyota Prado GXL Automatic Diesel Wagon
• 1 x 2016 Toyota Hilux 2 dood Extra Cab, Manual 4WD, Diesel, Cab Chassis
• 1 x 2016 Toyota Hilux 2 door Extra Cab, manual 4WD, Diesel, Cab Chassis.

Details of the tender are available upon request from the Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer via email tenders@awek.wa.gov.au
between 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Potential respondents must provide their contact name, email and phone number.

An opportunity to inspect the vehicles is available 9:00am-9:30am, Thursday 12 September 2019 at the Shire's Administration Centre,20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra. All Potential Respondents are encouraged to view the vehicles prior to submitting a Tender.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via email tenders@awek.wa.gov.au prior to 2:00pm Thursday 12 September 2019.

Tenders must be marked "T07-19/20:Vehicle Disposals 2019/20" , placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the tender box at the Shire Administration Centre,20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra WA, 6743.

Electronic or facsimile submission will not be accepted.

The deadline for the submission is 2:00pm (WST), Wednesday 25 September 2019.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
