The department is examining transformational change for both the policy settings and the adoption of digital technologies to support the future policy environment.

The New Employment Services model will be underpinned by IT systems that will be interconnected with government agencies and employment sector partners.

The department is looking for a partner to work on coordinating and developing a compelling and comprehensive investment Second Pass Business Case that meets Government timeframes.

This work includes:
1. Provide advice as required by the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business (the department) to inform the development of a system that supports the New Employment Services model which is to be implemented from 2022,
2. Perform Second Pass Business Case (business case) preparation activities, and
3. Develop and deliver a business case for a digital system that supports the New Employment Services model and meets the requirements of the Department of Finance two pass ICT Investment Approval process.
