Frasers Property Australia invites expressions of interest for future foreshore landscaping and civil works at Shell Cove.
Contractors who are suitably qualified to undertake landscape/civil works including retaining walls, timber decking, hardscaping and softscaping, furniture installation, playgrounds, stormwater drainage, services reticulation, environment management, and other associated works (including management of level 1 ASP contractors for electrical reticulation)
Shell Cove is a large scale urban development located within the shellharbour LGA. The construction stage will range in size and scope, each may be separately tendered
Expressions of interest will form the basis of a select tender list for the next two-year period.
Submissions must be in sealed envelope and clearly marked - "Expression of Interest - Shell Cove - Foreshore Works."
