Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking expressions of interest from individuals, organisations or project teams with the capability to deliver “Clean labels” project j16114.
This project is a key initiative within MLA’s High Value Foods Frontiers Program which explores advancements in technologies and consumer/market trends to unlock new premium opportunity spaces, usages and occasions for Australian red meat.
Presenting the value proposition(s) for clean labelled food with inclusion of red meat and whom the drivers of trust are for consumers and brand-owners as well as advancements in ingredients are key research criteria as outline in the below terms of reference.
