Scope of Works
Supply, install and commissioning of an alternative type of crusher to replace up to 24 existing 7FT Symons crushers at RTIO Pilbara operations (RT will not consider further versions of the 7FT Symons) - 11 at Paraburdoo, 10 at Tom Price and potentially a further 3 at Cape Lambert. Paraburdoo and Tom Price replacement planned over 2020 and 2021. The first install is anticipated Q2 2020.
Specifications:
- The crusher must be fully hydraulic
- The crusher can be a hydro cone or a hydraulic cone
- The crusher must be a model that can be supplied as a tertiary crusher or a secondary crusher ( we have both in our process )
- The crusher must be supplied with a hydraulic system, lubrication system and cooling system
- The crusher must be supplied with a stand-alone hydraulic control console
- The crusher must have the function to be PLC controlled from the Operations Centre (Perth Airport)
- The crusher must fit within the confines of an existing Symons 7ft crusher ( adapter base allowed if it does not impede with feed chute )
The feed for the TP crushers is approximately:
- TPH 680 - 780
- Top size 250mm
- 48mm CSS Secondary
- 25mm CSS Tertiary
- Max 0.4 BAI
- Max 80mpa
