Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Expression of Interest process for engagement as Principal Contractor for infrastructure works at Scone Regional Airport. The works comprise:
- New Taxiways and Taxilanes
- New Apron
- New flood lighting to Apron
- Aircraft wash bay
- Grass parking areas
- Heli-pads
- Reconstruction of part of the runway
- Removal of Runway End Safety Area (RESA)
- Full-length overlay to runway
- Associated drainage
Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking to maximise the inclusion of local contractors or subcontractors and is currently undertaking a separate Expression of Interest process for local trades, services and suppliers.
